The Belaya Tserkov dairy plant is the only Ukrainian dairy plant that was constructed "from scratch" during the years of independence. It was initially designed in compliance with current quality standards, ranging from site selection to an arrangement of production zones inside the building. The plant ranks among TOP-5 domestic manufacturers of fresh milk products.
Modern quality assurances
The Belaya Tserkov dairy plant has the most modern equipment, which allowed creating completely automated production, bottling and packing lines. Leading global manufacturers like Tetra Pak, GEA, SPX supplied the innovative equipment for the plant.
Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERPS) based on the global standardization system ISO 22000:2005 and ISO 9001:2008 is introduced at the plant. It provides control during the whole process in the food chain, ranging from a farm to a shop’s shelf.
Modern equipment, well-adjusted technical processes of milk processing, innovative approach to production, use of high-quality dairy raw materials and European ferments allow making high quality and safe dairy products.
Leading dairy enterprise
The Belaya Tserkov dairy plant is the exclusive supplier of dairy mixtures for McDonald's ice cream and cocktails in Ukraine; it also exports dairy mixtures for the fast food network to Moldova, Belarus, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
The Belaya Tserkov dairy plant was acknowledged as the best manufacturer of dairy mixtures for McDonald's in Europe for three times already.
The Belaya Tserkov dairy plant is justly considered the reference Ukrainian milk-processing enterprise. The Belaya Tserkov dairy plant was the first Ukrainian dairy plant to present premium dairy products in glass packing under Premialle TM, it arranged production of the first Ukrainian feta cheese under the same trademark as well; its Ukrainian market share is 40%.
