Spread represents a tasteful, nutritious, and healthy product made from both vegetable and milk fats. Ukrainians and Russians use 'spread,' a genuine English verb, to denominate it. Simultaneously, in Europe and the United States 'spread' is largely referred to as something suitable for spreading on bread, e.g. jam, honey, peanut or dairy butter.

Myth № 1. Spreads are bad for your health

 

It has been academically proven that plant fats are a lot healthier and safer than milk fats. This is due to the fact that most vegetable fats are unsaturated acids, and dairy fats are composed mainly of saturated acids whose consumption increases the risk for the cardiovascular system.
